Corporate Classes
Regular practice of Tai Chi has been shown to boost focus, productivity, health and energy levels, promoting a sense of general wellbeing.
All martial arts improve fitness levels yet Tai Chi is much more far reaching in its ability to integrate the mind and body. It helps develop a relaxed calm outlook leading to broader, clearer and more strategic thinking patterns. It promotes a wider and more accepting attitude to cooperation, thus enhancing team cooperation, and in the field of negotiations, it opens up new avenues of dialogue and ways of authentic engagement.
Corporate Tai Chi classes are a great way for staff members not only to learn about themselves and the other members in the class or team but also to discover their stress triggers and coping mechanisms, strengths and weaknesses and their individual pathway leading back to a balanced mind-body via Tai Chi. Taoist and Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts relating to health, energy, stress and martial arts are explained and are put into practice by performing and refining a sequence of movements. The different members of the team learn about cooperation by exploring each other's strengths and weaknesses when doing partner work together. It is an opportunity to bond and to acknowledge each other's abilities and progress.
Classes are organised into 9 week modules and held at the company's premises.
