Classes comprise students of various levels of tai chi experience, age, ability and levels of fitness. This means that any newcomers can easily join in and feel comfortable.
The progress of each student is respected and encouraged. The same exercise can be adapted to suit different levels of Tai Chi experience - this allows beginners to practise alongside more experienced students and for everyone present in the class to challenge themselves.
Partner work is conducted in a friendly, cooperative and non-aggressive manner and there is strictly a no "hitting" or "being hit by" anyone policy.
Class sizes are restricted to small numbers to ensure that each student receives feedback and progresses at their own pace.
